Types
Super Cell fender geometrical shape gives it sturdiness, shear resistance, compact structure and the capacity to absorb energy equally from all directions. The cylindrical-buckling column absorbs axial loads efficiently and buckles radially. To distribute the reaction force, they are typically supplied with large fender panels, which keep the hull pressure low, the frontal frame can be either UHMW-PE panels or steel made frames. we offer a wide range of cell fender. Diameter (∅D2) of 1300mm to 1650mm, as well as height (H) of 1000mm up to 1250mm. Besides, different sizes & performance can be custom manufactured according to customer requirement.
Installation
The large mounting flanges serve to distribute the super cell rubber fender loading over the back of the fender panel frame and allow easy installation of the mounting bolts. It is designed to deflect in an axial direction.
